Toonup I think is kinda something you got to pick because, well, what kinda toon are you without the ability to heal your own teammates? Well, thats only my opinion, but, it your choice. By the way, sound is weak, but as some people may mave already said, 4 toons using fog horn at the same time can defeat almost any cog, so sound is weak, but useful if used in conjunction with other toons. well, ya.
