Nov 10, 2008 - But i dont. I have completed this game before with only cobalt. And i beat my friends online with more than a half minute. And they have beaten blacklist 13 easily. But no matter how good i drive and if the apponate crashes in to walls and stuck it will catch up in lightspeed. The game is constructed that way and it SUCKS!! Havent you wounder why the first "easiest" cops can drive past in front of you, no matter how fast youre going.... It just sucks.
