Aug 28, 2008 - i thought gondor were based on the knights of europe and the hararim were based on the turkish.
balrog13571 Says:
Sep 5, 2008 - The orc at the begging looks like the inspector in mordor in the extended edition for return of the king. And the hill-men leader wulf is one scary dude. Anyone else notice in the original when saruman says "But no more" it sounds way more menacing than in here?
ImLordRevan Says:

Sep 13, 2008 - Is that a Dunlending at 0:40?
kortexdelrio Says:
Sep 13, 2008 - It is the same dude (actor)... But the guy in Mordor looks way more terrifying and should have been the orcs field commander in Return of The King instead of the weird paralysed white orc....
2be2Xtreme Says:

Oct 4, 2008 - well, i dont think the turkish people lived in tents made of leather from mumakils and used mumakils as weapon in the medieval
josefknight Says:
Oct 9, 2008 - hold up, someone explain to me. so those men who said they would work for Saruman, THEY became the Uruk-hai?
legomaster221 Says:
Oct 13, 2008 - No, i think they are "dundling wild men" or something like that. Rohan took their land and forced them to work in either the mines or the mountains. They want their land back and Sarumon gave them weapons and prompted them to go.:48-1:08
josefknight Says:
Oct 14, 2008 - So then how did the Uruk-hai come about? I still don't know the origins of those guys, I know bout the orcs and the goblins but not those
kevjar Says:
Oct 22, 2008 - the uruk-hai are a mix of goblin and orc, and as seen in the first film are more generally harvested then given birth. the mix gives them pointy ears like goblins, but the dexterity and ability to run during the day and for miles on end.
RPFS2008 Says:
Oct 24, 2008 - The guy with the mouth?Yea, he is freaky as shit!
foreveroneangellove Says:

devilgryphon Says:
Nov 2, 2008 - They are a mix of goblin, orc, and man.
devilgryphon Says:
Nov 2, 2008 - They're "Hill Men".Saruman was wise to choose them, because he could not completely trust orcs/goblins of any kind.Saruman isn't stupid! He only had the one big mistake, he was overcome with greed, he wants the ring for himself.
PyROelementz Says:
Nov 4, 2008 - ur wrong...uruk-hai are not a mix of goblin and orc...they were once elfs...elfs that were banished and tortured...so uruk-hai are descendents of elfs...the rest is correct..they are being "harvasted"...
CoolKidX85 Says:
Nov 11, 2008 - Who are those wildmen?I mean....wtf are they and why do they llike saruman?
monkeypop1993 Says:
Nov 25, 2008 - i swear one of them guys was hagrid off harry potter lol;)
alchemistamnael Says:
Nov 26, 2008 - They are men of the Dunland, corrupted by the ring.
matteboy91 Says:
Dec 1, 2008 - UR wrong, the Orcs of old were elves, captured, spolied and corrupted by the dark lord Morgoth, Saurons master during the second age. The Uruks, as said in the book, are a mix of goblins and orc created by Saruman in the late third. Peter Jackson brought the human-orc-idea into the picture...

Keepupgoodworkkk1 Says:
Jul 22, 2008 - Morgoth is the first dark lord, a valar. He is and was the most powerful person ever in the middle earths history. Eru,( Ilúvatar ) the god of middle earth, was the only one that had a chance against him, he resisted to fight him though, since Melkor ( morgoth ) was to evil and had done to much pain to the world.
