Aug 8, 2008 - Part of that bass solo is exactly the same in Looking up.

Ariedartin Says:

Aug 8, 2008 - when you do as many slap solos as sakurai, you inevitably have parts that sound similar. you only that many permutations of notes and rhythms.

VorsichtFalle Says:

Aug 9, 2008 - I love that guitar melody part. This is like wonderland, all the instrument sounds are so awesome. It's like the super nintendo was alive, hah! Good day to all of you

PeekoneX Says:

Sep 2, 2008 - This band is baaaad! And if the drummer sounds like Steve Gadd, so what? Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Mostly everybody cops from everybody. That is how some of us grow.

oppekepe26 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - うわっ、みんな若い!!この頃のcasiopeaは聴いていて気持ちがいいですね。最高!!

innpressTV Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - YOU fuck!Where's Imitation? This is original number of Casiopea.Steve Godd is Fukin' GAY!Don't compare to the Holy Jimbo Akira!

kusakabemanai Says:

Sep 30, 2008 - yulelovethebeats, try other tunes, which will show how you are ignorant.

kusakabemanai Says:

Sep 30, 2008 - I am really sorry that they have never made more wonderful tunes than this.

jeffersonhomemusic Says:

Sep 30, 2008 - kusakabemanai, this group is fantastic. I must have mistakenly hit the thumbs down sign.

jeffersonhomemusic Says:

Sep 30, 2008 - I could not help but respond to your response about lovestark's comparison of Jimbo to Gadd. It's a known fact that Jimbo cites Gadd as big influence. He has his own voice now, butthere is no mistaking the Gadd influence in this performance. And, there is nothing wrongwith copying greatness on your way to becoming greatness. Most of the masters have copied their idols as a way of finding their own way.

innpressTV Says:

Sep 30, 2008 - YOU FUNDAMENTALY WRONG!AND STUPID.CASIOPEA is professional group since 1975.this perfomance ofcource is not influenced by sucks Gadd.

seaboatsk Says:

Nov 5, 2008 - Thank you for posting the video. It reminds me so much of a live performance by a highschool band at a school festival in 1982. They played this song with addition of a horn section. Casiopea was so popular then. Can anyone tell me why fusion/jazz funk gained popularity in 80's? I still love Casiopea and hope they will make a come-back sometime.

Jazzlebutt Says:

Nov 16, 2008 - So much fun listening to this song. btw both Gadd and Jimbo are great drummers. I'm sure both have copied something from their inspirations. Dave Weckl had/has Buddy Rich as inspiration. I Don't think there's anything wrong with that.

verificadordevideos Says:

Nov 26, 2008 - I LOVE CASIOPEA!!

RaldyV Says:

Nov 28, 2008 - You know what's messed up? Next year is Casiopea's 30th Anniversary and They're probably not gonna reunite then. But on the Off-Chance they DO, I think they might do the same thing from the 20th... have All Casiopea Members (Hopefully, THE ORIGINAL casiopea drummer, Takashi Sasaki, who WAS NOT at Casiopea's 20th Anniversary, will show up.)
