Dec 1, 2008 - perfect example of a cop being a dick. do you know how many kids under 18 get high and drive around? i hang with at least 20, and about half my school is known for such a task... i dont myself but i know that weed is gonna half to be accepted one day, sort of like drinking... kids just do! the best thing the govt can do is make it legal and offer free taxi's, or make it legal when your with an adult or something in this manner.
