Nov 15, 2008 - When I was little, I never watched his show. I just made fun of it and thought he was a weird guy.I just got done reading about his life and watched this video and his 1997 Emmy acceptance speech, and I've got tears in my eyes.I'm 20 years old. Hopefully one day I can show my kids his show, and maybe they can become a better person than me.

Nov 17, 2008 - What a hero! Mr. Rogers saved PBS.. without his testimony there never would have been a sesame street or any of the other great programs they produced.

Nov 18, 2008 - As a child of the 80's...You know i certainly grew up on Mr Rogers, and i sincerely hope that when i have children they can grow up watching great shows such as this one. Hope is the key word. Too much has been put into what will "sell" and that is somwhat sad; i think. What will we do W/O Fred Rogers? Damn i hope i can find his program on DVD in the future for my children. It holds in it simple, timeless lessons to be learned by youth of all generations.
