Sep 4, 2008 - I recently did some surface mount I.C.'s with a JBC soldering station. The thermal transfer is outstanding as is the over all quality. I have reworked hundreds of PCB's with Weller, Pace, Hakko, metcal/Oki and it is unquestionable that JBC is the number 1 performer, with quality and a very comfortable hand piece for the iron.
