May 9, 2007 - I do not think Nam is ready to be the champion. However, I can say personally that Nam is more dedicated to fighting than any fighter i've ever met. Although he may not be ready now, it's only a matter of time until Nam becomes the best in the world. He already has the most valuable assets a fighter needs, the drive, the mindset and the heart. All he needs now is the final touches on his skill.

Jun 3, 2007 - Phan's problem isn't lack of talent (he clearly has plenty) and it sure as hell isn't lack of heart, but he's simply too small for 155. He just fought JZ (who was so big he couldn't even make weight) and was beaten pretty fast. The guy was just too big and strong. I'd love to see him in the WEC at 145 fighting guys like Hommnick or Faber so he can get wider recognition. War Phan!

Nov 26, 2007 - U see Nam Phan is good but Cung Le is crazy good. Cung Le is like the best fighter ever.U shuld seen some of cung le's fights. HE totally dominants his opponents like crazy. If Nam Phan vs Cung Le then Le will definitely win for sure.

Mar 30, 2008 - The main difference though, it Nam is superior on the ground, and will definitely go for a takedown, once there, Nam will dominate. It will be determined by whether the fight stays standing or goes to the ground. Regardless, the fight will never happen, there's a 30 lb weight difference between the two.
