Sep 27, 2008 - In 1969 USA managed to launch first man on the moon by space shuttle. After that space was explored & black holes discovered giving new light. Then the earth was explored for hidden assets by space satellites. Then comes the space war in which USA is still unable to thrive in the first stage. China has already destroyed its own space satellite from the earth about 22 months ago & now performed a booming space walk. Does that prove that China must be accepted as the new Super Power on the globe?

Oct 1, 2008 - Competition is the best thing that could happen to space exploration. I mean look at what happened after USA "won" the "space race". Stagnation and boring & useless orbital only space flight.As to owning space: I think the first nation to build a colony on the Mars or the Moon might not legally own the planet, but this will only be a technicality. If you can support an armed force there, you de facto own it, politics is that simple.

China is coming to a collapse becuase if they dont have enough resources to provide there is riots and before you know it a unstable government.
