Jun 1, 2007 - Lions kills all of these except rhinos,hippos,leopards and that also in prides.Tiger is solitary hunter,which kills even these three alone. Read the book "Death By A Thousand Claws" by Colonel Kesri Singh on Tigers of Rajasthan for facts.

Jun 2, 2007 - If the Giraffe had half the brains of a Zebra he'd just walk into that nearby lake. Lions would've retreated otherwise drowned while hanging onto the Giraffe. But then thats how brainy you'd be if you too slept for only 5 mins a day. However I loved that flying kick one of lions received at the start.

The giraffe IS kicking; the lions know that and go for the rump or the belly 4. The male lion only comes in at the end of the chase when the giraffe is exhausted, just for the kill 5. May 24, 2007 - Actually you're a bit more misguided.. His premise of requiring the male to take the giraffe down is indeed as correct. The giraffe focuses most of it's attention on the seemingly bigger threat/target(male), allowing the females to do what they do best; killing the prey.
