Dec 10, 2007 - some of it is true but..1 you can download emulators IF you have the actual(rather it be in storage or not) system that you downloaded (it counts as a back up so you have to own the actual emulator/game or w/e)the rest is true and i agree with you

Dec 10, 2007 - I almost remember clearly, not long ago... paying for two phone lines and doubling up a modem for a thing called "shotgun". I am enthused by this vid, even though mbits is part of my connection today. Linux cd's were double the speed of normal data to download.. I have never figured it out.Something to do with ascii and binary, and compression demanded for transfer.

Dec 11, 2007 - DON'T BE FOOLED! You CAN'T get such download speed with your average 10mbps ADSL.To download at 12 megabytes/sec, you need a 100mbps (i.e. megabits/sec) connection. You can have the best software in the world, you will still be limited by your internet connection.

Dec 11, 2007 - i can get like 3.5 MB/s --> 3.5x56 = 196 MBhow much costs such a connection. I like the idea that uncompressing cost more time than download.
