Oct 17, 2008 - Today i listened to this song again.The people ONLY can realize, whose land has been taken away under any pretext, politically or by using force. The big countries should understand this agony as portrayed in this film song.the big countries should keep their own INTEREST and use influence to restore the geographical territories of the home-lands.This is a clear message in this excellent piece of art. Can we think, any body will legally step forward to restore the land of the home-less people.

Oct 21, 2008 - Only Balraj Sahni was in prison .. for a murder and that was later in the movie. This is in the begining where he and fellow Afghans who are trading in Kolkata are chilling out in their shared room. In prison later.. .he also remembers this song
