Nov 23, 2008 - Back when original mtv programing was great, along with liquid televison and bevis and butthead. Now its all reality garbage. To bad those guys had to give thier creative licence over to mtv or this stuff would be for sale already, just like old bevis and butthead, mtv owns all the rights to it and refuse to put it out. Mtv is a shill of what it used to be and its a shame, they used to be so ahead of their time....damn shame

Nov 23, 2008 - While yes, some of the problems with old mtv things getting released was the fault of mtv, the vast majority of early 90s shows haven't been released on dvd because of their background music. Greedy demon record companies are at fault. They have prevented this and other shows (like uncut Beavis & Butt-head; you can get a pared-down version on dvd) from being seen by a new generation, as well as by the one that made it famous in the first place.
