Jul 18, 2008 - People, Only Sadhna (Spiritual Practices) can dissolve your karma. Do not believe that kriya yoga or any yoga for that matter will do that. Kriya yoga makes you healthier, but it does not dissolve bad karma. Peace.

Sure, there a collective humanity karma that makes us conditionnate by a lot of things, and, our personnal karma is influenced by the collective karma, but not the opposite. Juste my opinion, and thanks a lot for the video. :)

Aug 20, 2008 - 'Sadhana' (self study) is the only answer to dissolving karma, and it is such a vast topic.Each being has their own sadhana to be learnt from a guru. Tapasya (penance) is different for different souls.We are all one, yet we are on our own journey.
