I received a postcard today sent from Marrakesh from a street performer friend which led me to research the net and thus I found your video and was surprised to find that it had so recently been posted. Nov 6, 2008 - dear Benjamin, Your description vividly captured this extraordinary place.I recall how I felt two weeks after visiting El Fna later when riding the "D" train over the Manhattan Bridge. it was as if I had traversed 2000 years in a matter of weeks. it's ironic that the Arabic translation for "El Fna" is "assembly of the Dead" since it is hard to invasion on more exhilarating and life-affirming place on the planet. thanks, Bill Honer, Costa Rica crbilly)
