Nov 30, 2008 - as a fil-am, i honestly feel disgusted by some native filipinos. stop hating & be supportive of someone who's actually representing the country well. sure there's a lot of talented singers in the philippines, but comparing them to charice is like apples & oranges...you can't! a lot of filipino singers sound similar to each other anyway, whereas charice stands out on her own. i don't see any famous-celeb filipino singers getting attention from the likes of ellen, oprah, & david foster.
