Jul 20, 2008 - I agree with t3h3Lone - this is not Yoga let alone Kundalini Yoga.It is the type of warm up exercise you might engage in prior to a Karate or Kick Boxing session. In fact she is sweating quite profusely by the end of it, something unheard of during any kind of Yoga practice.That said, if you are trying to lose a few pounds or firm up this exercise with help you. Like many of the "Yoga" videos on YouTube it is really just calisthenics.

Oct 2, 2008 - Evidently you have not done Kundalini Yoga. This is how it is done except she should be pulling back her toes. KY is aerobic and it is good to sweat. I have taught for 35 years.

Oct 2, 2008 - This is for beginners. The object is not necessarily to bring the head to the knee. The object is to go down as far as possible. It is the same for everyone. Even if you can grab a knee, go down as far as possible. This just shows how far one CAN go down. Everyone has to start at their own level. It is not a competition. Just do the best you can do.

Sep 30, 2007 - thx for the vid....but this not for begginers...u can bend u spine well..so u can touch the legs with ur head..but a beginner cant do that(spine bend)...first tell some techniques to bend the spine
