Aug 29, 2008 - direction was definitely too literal for my taste. i feel as if I'm witnessing an elaborate game of house. absolutely spectacular track from a favorite contemporary american band. i just don't know if I can say the same for this

Aug 29, 2008 - Roscoe by Midlake.Faultless harmony singing with a hyper catchy track. The ambiguity and detached nature of the lyrics tell a story that you don't care about but want to listen to and follow through to the end anyhow. It's the wierd attraction of the uneeded that makes this a stunner. The chord structure is nothing new, but it is of the formulas that piques our emotions and is almost addictive. On or around 122-124 bpm.I love this track, it is as smooth as velvet and eminently listenable

Aug 29, 2008 - I love this song so much!!!I definitely agree with beefshake. IT IS "AGROCORE". Ja ja.One of my favourite songs ever. I love the final part when it says:"1891 They looked around the forest They made their house from cedars They made their house from stones Oh, they're a little like you, and They're a little like me When they're falling me "
