Mar 14, 2008 - Russians can't screw it up, Americans already beat them to it, by having left out Serbs entirely from the equation when they thought of making a new country out of Kosovo. Besides more than half of the world hasn't recognised Kosovo as a country. EU and US only make a small percentage of the world's population.
