Nov 15, 2008 - SHUT UP

tekone97 Says:

Nov 15, 2008 - it's Chuck D

ANDROID697 Says:

Nov 16, 2008 - everyone loved this...lol...takes me back.

chynasmom Says:

Nov 16, 2008 - nooo....the dude that raps right before chuck d is the dude from stetsasonic named frukwan

SlyDevil11 Says:

Nov 16, 2008 - I don't acknowledge it what so ever. In any form or fashion. I said ghetto black people, though; you make me want to say all black people. Obama is mixed as well but because of Jim Crow laws everyone ignores that matter. Also go to a library and see what the president is. Every prez is just a puppet being pulled by the true masters whom own the world. Every country is a communist country; some just use a different name for it and the people of that country read free.

racecarchick08 Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Sends a Great Message, people need to listen

racecarchick08 Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - You show lack of knowledge. Take some Soc. classes then conduct a study of Black American, and look at other studies.

PrettyShamika Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - How is my comment showing lake of knowledge. I do not think so. It is true that some not all black people blame other races for their problems instead of looking within. I don't need to take classes to learn anything because I can go by hearing it.

racecarchick08 Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - At first you said black people, you did not say some. Yeah, and you learn from reading book, and to people with higher education. You listen get a whole lot of knowledge and do a study of your own and compare it to other studies. Watch Black in America. You can see it up here. The more you learn, the less closed minded you will be.

PrettyShamika Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - I have a Master's in Psychology, a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice with an Associate's in Sociology so there is no need for me to talk to anyone with higher education because I have that. We have a difference of opinions.I am all for black pride and power but at the same time, you have to recognize the problems within the race and the fact that some black people do choose to blame their problems on other races is not fiction but fact.

PrettyShamika Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - You are the one who is being closed minded to the fact that there is a problem within the race with blaming others and not taking credit for our own mistakes and problems. Instead of just debating about this, there should be a solution or a way to work towards a solution. I do my part all the time, volunteering with young black men and women whose parents are in prison, domestic violence cases, NAACP, Big Brothers/Sisters, etc. Fact still remains the blame game need to end.

racecarchick08 Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - An that what you need to do. Either you have selective hearing or wording, but I said the word some when you mention that blacks blame people. I corrected you by saying some.

racecarchick08 Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - Debating, thats part of life and how people get to solutions. Debate on a nice note, no cursing an foolishness. Look if you want to talk some more send me a message, if your doing all this, maybe I can get you do to a seminar or something. What do you think? I just don't see if u have an degree. U havent mentioned Situation, Structural, an Cultural views. You should know these points.

racecarchick08 Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - You say its all blacks, that so false. There are some sociologist who think the problem falls under the structural View. Anyway. Think what you will. Good day

PrettyShamika Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - I would love to do a seminar. There are many viewpoints that I could give about situations, structural, and cultural. I think there are alot that need to be focused on such as why it is ok for a black person to use the N word versus other races or how black women are exploited in the entertainment (video) business or the structure of "some" black families how & what it means when the father figure is not around.

PrettyShamika Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - I will say I am impressed by your passion on this subject. I hope you are doing your part on finding solutions to these problems. We can be intelligent adults about these topics where there is no cursing and foolishness involved. Things can be discussed without all of that.

racecarchick08 Says:

Nov 20, 2008 - Great. I don't if you have seen this but, on election I saw people from all walks of life, your thugs etc. Shocked..yes I was. I'm glad they voted. But after he won, some of the same people who said they were inspired went back to their deviant behavoir, that weekend killings an everything happen. I'm like wait, your inspired but your killing each other over the colors blue an red. My sisters friend who is not in a gang, stabbed 4 wearing a blue shirt. This upsets me.

racecarchick08 Says:

Nov 20, 2008 - I just did a paper on women being exploited in music videos, I also pulled different music genre's to see how many times women were called names, shown as sex symbols or viloence was directed to them. And of course the rap had more verus some alternative, the hip hop came in second.

PrettyShamika Says:

Nov 20, 2008 - I am glad that people of all status got out to vote. What a wonderful thing that was even for "my thugs". It is sad that how one day we all came together and voted in Barack then back to business as usual. I did not expect for an immediate change but over time I hope there will be. Sorry for your sisters friend stabbing, it is senseless over wearing some colors no one has a patent over those colors and you would think people could wear whatever color they want.

PrettyShamika Says:

Nov 20, 2008 - Rap music is the worse in exploiting black women in their videos. The After Dark videos are plain pitiful how woman show their bodies and dance to the bytch and whore lyrics. I understand this is a living for many women but pride and dignity is worth more to me than any amount of money. You do not see the women being demoralized in a Maroon 5 video or Garth Brooks video.

racecarchick08 Says:

Nov 20, 2008 - I saw somethin on video girls, an they got the girl from a strip club in GA. The girls were not paid, an one girl said, well at least I'm getting exposure.

racecarchick08 Says:

Nov 20, 2008 - Yes. An I told my sister, the colors, red blue etc was here before us and will be after we leave this earth. How can a person claim a color, or say this is my street. Oh no sweethear this street belongs to the government, they let you live on this street. It really bothers me that some blacks can't see they are hurting themselves. But I was for real about watching Black in America. They have the female side and the male side, makes you want to cry. Maybe you saw it. Also AIDS in Black America.

behinddacurtain Says:
