Omar once compared having him in the band like a having a girlfriend you can't wait to get rid of.But Thomas enjoys the experience much more and gets way more into it, you can respect that, but no one plays with that raw Mars Volta style like Jon.

Nov 7, 2008 - Saw them live earlier this year. Bedlam hadn't yet came out, so I only got to hear a few songs that I already knew. Yet the show was still incredible. I had never heard Cedric's voice sound so verbatim to the studio as I did that night. And Omar was absolutely brilliant. Of course I had to buy a concert t. Even though the only ones they had left were one size too small. Amazing night. What a band. (although someday I still hope for an ATDI reunion at some point)
