U may hyperextend your elbows a bit, which is something to be careful about.Most importantly, I love the way you breathe & settle into your asanas- I'm going to 'borrow' that for the classes I teach. Your relaxed attitude is an inspiration and it's clearly evident that you enjoy what you're doing. I dislike rigidity in asanas.I'm off to check your other videos.thks.
