Its not nearly as complicated, so its easier to achieve the health desired with Taijichuan. Baguazhang was only represented as a higher Orthodox system of Neijiaquan because of the I Ching. Which is very true. Baguazhang represents the very symbol of Daoism. You cant pick and chose with Neijia. All 3 must be incorporated.

People tend to see Baguazhang as a soft style but it isn't only soft. There are several very hard techniques in it. The common misconception of it being completely soft comes form poor teaching and improper understanding of martial arts in general. No martial arts are easy or soft. They are all very different.
