Mar 16, 2008 - hey micheal its possible to be like stuffed with food and really full and still have a calories deficit right? I bet when you lost the weight you didn't starve yourself, you ate alot of food but you just watched WHAT YOU ATE not HOW MUCH YOU ATE right? Did you build up your metabolism by eating alot of small and healthy meals?

Mar 16, 2008 - could i fight the catabolic effect of cardio on a low cal low carb diet by compensating with a super high protein diet? Im currently 218lb and take in about 360grams- i practically eat no carbs except for that found in veggies- id say i get about 200 per day- with about 80 in the form of simple carbs IMMEDIATELY after weight trainig- im about 10percent bodyfat at the moment and wanna be as shredded as possible and lose as little muscle as i can. I did that same test about 3weeks ago and was 13%
MichaelFerencsik Says:
Mar 16, 2008 - You cant avoid the catabolic effect of cardio by compensating with your diet. You can only absorb so much protein per day. My suggestion as always, Cardio is for the health of your cardio vascular system first and foremost. You should not do it to control your body fat. That equates to lost muscle. For more details on my diet and training program check it out at musclemaximization(dot)com

Mar 19, 2008 - Man, your more ripped than that "fitness made simple" guy. heres a question id like to know, lets just forget about how many calories i take in a day, but rather, what TYPES of calories do you need at different times of the day? Do you need carbs caleries in the morning? do you need protien caleries at lunch? do you need most of your monounsaturated fat calories or 3 omega fatty acids at supper? I how you can answere this question.
MichaelFerencsik Says:
Mar 20, 2008 - To get detailed answers to theses questions on proteins, carbs and fats I'm offering my diet program along side my e-book at musclemaximization(dot)com. For now need to know you need to take in about 1.5 grams of protein per lb of lean muscle mass and try to get your complex carbs in early in the day and maybe one or two extra times daily.

psaghafi Says:
Apr 11, 2008 - Hello. You must also have great genetics though too, right? I mean, I'm sure you worked really hard to get to where you are, but surely you admit that a person with average genetics can't look as good as you. You must have some mesomorphic genes.
MichaelFerencsik Says:
Apr 14, 2008 - Genetics play a huge role but we all have gentic obstacles to over come. If you want it ,you can get it!!!
MichaelFerencsik Says:

May 4, 2008 - 4.5% is a very low body fat percentage. i think i'm over 20%. I want to loose some though so I'm trying to eat meals with less calories. I wouldn't say I'm that fat but the fat on my body is very noticeable and my muscles don't really show etc.
