Jan 22, 2008 - OK... fine, thats the legal way to get passed it. The whole idea of BASE jumping, started off as trying to do smt new. If you're daring/brave/dumb enough, after you know what you do with normal parachuting... apply... someone always came first and did that... why can't you?
