Sep 7, 2008 - Hm, I'm only 23 and in the military (work out very frequently). I'm only about 115, and strong. I mean- really good condition. But I followed through this video on a whim and OMG this is 1.) not easy and 2.) STRANGE. My whole body is *buzzing* after trying it. I have more flexibility from simply going through the motions here than from 1/2 hour of stretching out for a warm up. Plus, despite my strength/stamina, I had no idea how much balance I had lost in the past few years.Thanks for the lesson
