calcatchem Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - why were you breaking off the flywheel before

TheNoisePolluter Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - You shouldn't have cut the fins off the flywheel, I did the exact same thing with my and I almost fried my motor up, it get pretty burnt, but still works, I fried my rings, but had another set, cutting off the cooling is bad, you actually loose power by doing that!

2StrokeBurnOut Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - yhea i knowi just tried it 2 c how many moreRPM i would getand it did work greatafter i installed a tillotson carb from a chainsaw.within 20sec u hav 2 shut it down cuz it "will" fry ur motori hav a bunch of flywheelsso it was no big deal,i just popped on anotherand broke off just 4 fins across from each otherand it dont heat up at all now

JRZRacing Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - How do you know when your engine is overheating without taking it apart to inspect the rings? I have a friend with all the fins cut off his flywheel and he rides around for hours at a time and there don't seem to be any signs of overheating.

Rallemulle87 Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - nice

pauluspl Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - Do the boost ports go past the transfer ports? How much did you heighten your exhaust?

2StrokeBurnOut Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - the boost ports do not go past the transfer portsand for the exhausti don't really remembermade a huge difference compared to stockespically after i put on a carb from a chainsaw

Aug 29, 2008 - wats the naem of the song

SteveRamsorXL Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - how much cc is it now? Steve_RamsorXL

2StrokeBurnOut Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - it's stock piston stock bore,i think its 43cc. they say 50cc but it's more like 43

BiGbOi360r Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - hey how was the carb after you made the hole bigger. did you have any problems?

MAZDAMAN666 Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - no, never had any problem's with carb afteri drilled it out bigger ,ran great,"as long as you don't drill 2 big"but since then i have made an adaptor2 mount a chainsaw carb.chainsaw carb is wayyyyyy better then stock carb.i will post a vid response of the carb soon

BiGbOi360r Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - what kind of chainsaw did you take the carb off of?

MAZDAMAN666 Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - i took the carb off a stihl chainsaw,it's a zama carb.you can use any chainsaw carb as long as it has a decent bore, don't use a whipper snipper carb, most, not all but most have a super small bore.i had to make a carb adaptor to mount it,but you can buy, chainsaw carb's and adaptors from ebay made for the pocket bikes

BiGbOi360r Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - all right haha.. thanks for telling me all this haha

SteveRamsorXL Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - hey did you see my pocket cross? i post a video Respone to you i have the same motor with yours bike and i have put a 18mm carburator from an yamaha chappy with intake.

SteveRamsorXL Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - I mean custom intake

0hmygodimonfire Says:

Aug 29, 2008 - what was the advantage of mill the piston like that? I tried a bunch of things for the boost ports, I found that makeing a goal post shape gave an amazing amount of low-end, I could start on my hill and take off going up hill. anyways did that manifold mod do much?
