Aug 7, 2008 - I don't think this is a blood choke to be honest, I feel it crushes the windpipe more than anything else. The forearm, when done to a male of course, pushes the adam's apple back into the throat which is extremely painful. Cutting off wind, you can't breath and you're out pretty quickly, albeit slower than a blood choke but this hurts a lot more than blood chokes.
