Nov 9, 2008 - hey whats the difference between secure deleting a trash and jus simply deleting trash?...somtimes wen i use apps like appdelete..what it does is it gets rid of the specific app that i want to remove and find all its preferences and deletes everything associated with that specififc file or app...and sends it to the trash can...now if i delete the files from the trash can...will it delete everything?...or should i do secure delete?...secure delete takes way to long especially on big files!

Nov 9, 2008 - Use simple delete (empty trash). Secure delete for cases of sensitive data, when you need erase something and don't want let anyone undelete (back to disk) this data. So, use simple delete ;)
