Jul 2, 2008 - i don't really know why people hate suzaku either. I love him. He's my favorite character and the one who is perhaps most tragic and relatable. Unlike Lelouche, where most of his tragedy and pain is self inflicted, Suzaku seems to be a much different character.

Jul 31, 2008 - Lelouch and Suzaku both have similar dreams but they are reaching it from completely different directions. Seeing that the story is based mostly around Lelouch and his intellect, Suzaku ruins everything with his innocence and the "correct" way of doing things. I believe that because Suzaku is working for Lelouch's enemies and destroying many things that Lelouch has worked for, Suzaku is hated amongst fans. Despite all of this, I like both Lelouch and Suzaku!

Aug 1, 2008 - I agree with this. Suzaku and Lelouch are similar but they took a different path apart from each other. Kururugi Suzaku is also my favorite character in this series. I love him, and I think he deserves happiness after suffering so much.

Aug 20, 2008 - The way Suzaku deals with things are far from being 'cleaver' but I actually like that aspect of Suzaku...that constantly swaying thoughts, inner struggles, confusion, etc. At least, personally, his way of thinking is easier to understand than Lelouch's. Also, I just like how he's meant to be completely opposite of Lelouch. Both character-wise and design-wise.At this point (after ep.19 in R2), I'm really curious as to where he's headed.
