I am shocked at how critical people are being about non-substantive issues. i would rather be taught by someone that "walks the walk" as the 3-HO Kundalini yoga practitioners do, than by someone that is just a fitness instructor--probably taught Calisthenics in the 70's, and aerobics in the 80's, and whatever was popular in the 90's, and now is teaching yoga. not that there is anything wrong with that--but come on!
