Apr 4, 2008 - You may have to take out the white gos like protection for the speakers. I did (warning: will void your warranty) because there was an echo every time i called someone on it. They said that it is a problem that they are aware of and working on. Other than that I am very happy with this product.

May 30, 2008 - I think the extra layer helped the plastic not stick to the screen (looks like an oil slick on the screen) I tried it both ways and I like it with the extra layer. The screen still responds great.
