I always knew I wasn't that good at swimming, but it's only when I saw myself swimming on video that I realised just how appauling I really was!I spent an hour or so at SwimforTri.com today. They have an endless pool which, as I said before, is a tank with a big pump at one end which means you can swim on the spot... it's like a treadmill for swimming basically. They've pimped their tank up with 4 video camera and a mirror so that you're left under no allusion as to how bad you are.But they then show you how to get better.
