Well as you can see, if they don't move 5C and j.B can really fuck them up, since it does loads of spirit damage and puts them right back in the same situation where Suika can do it again.Anyway, at the very end of the video you can also see chaining melee with a slight delay can cause frame gaps as well which punishes all forms of movement. This will be Marisa's first IaMP boss-like Lunatic battle debut of my time of ever playing Mugen where I actually succeed. I attempted to fight Yukari by Kurogane but she's a bit too insane for me at the moment so I am not ready to fully beat her yet. Instead I fight Suika Ibuki by Aotsuki in a Lunatic Mode boss battle that occurs after the round you defeat her and even if she is not anything as hard as Kurogane's Yukari she still proves to be a pain to fight. I had to devise a strategy, choose and conserve the correct Spell Cards at the right moments, and time attacks properly. I found Marisa's broom flight attack extremely useful to graze through Suika's projectiles, much like the source game itself. Took about 45 minutes to win against Suika so at the end I am satisfied. Also I am aware the BGM I am using is overused but I do not consider it overrated, it's actually well done if you ask me so it deserves it's popularity. One of my closest friends, NekoHideaki, helped me arrange my first netplay match on IaMP against him and we had some really good times, win or lose. After recording a few matches with each other I decided to take a few of the better ones to upload. Emm, still trying to get the sound quality properly adjusted for my recordings so you may hear some scratches in a few parts of the video but nonetheless it isn't too bad.
