I use this all the time to cut the fat...To make 2 sticks of butter out of 1 just slowly add 1/2 warm water in a mixer to 1 stick of room temperature butter.Mix well...takes time so be patient. Store in air tight container in the fridge.To make spreadable butter (same consistency at margarine) Just take 1 stick of room temperature butter and slowly add 1/4 cup of LIGHT olive oil. Mix until fluffy. Santa is kind of busy right now on Xmas Eve, but will answer Nutcheese's questions:1. Boogers....I always leave one or two inside a fireplace chimney and, if no cookies and milk are waiting, I also leave one inside the refrigerator door handle.2. Longest time without a shower...I have never had a shower. I always bathe with the reindeer by rolling in snow and then rub myself with pine needles for a cologne effect.3. A few weeks ago my Macbook started making funny noises, the Genius Bar figured it was the fan and wanted between $189 to $229 to repair it. On line we found the part for $39.95 and had it shipped to us for about $10. It arrived and Kelley was kind enough to take my Macbook apart and replace the fan in it. So when her's started making noise recently she remembered how dust was clogging my fan and opened hers to clean it. It was quiet for a few days then the fan started making noise again.So we ordered another fan and had it shipped overnight so it gets here tomorrow. Kelley can fix a mac laptop for HUGE savings!
