La ambientación de los COD siempre estaba basada en la IIGM, pero en esta entrega nos ofrece un conflicto actual. Un ultra nacionalista ruso, llamado Zarkaev, pretende recuperar el poder e influencia que tenía años atrás la URSS; en su misión cuenta con el apoyo del árabe Al-Asad. Británicos y americanos intentarán acabar con la amenaza terrorista, que además ha lanzado dos misiles nucleares hacia el este de Norteamérica. Para que la inmersión sea absoluta, en este COD4: MW se han incluido armas, gadgets y vehículos de última generación. La sensación de guerra real televisada que alcanza COD4 otorga un nuevo nivel a los shooters bélicos. Al igual que en los otros COD, no avanzaremos solos, iremos en pelotón, siempre bajo las órdenes de un superior que nos ordena ir de un punto al otro cumpliendo ciertos objetivos de misión. Infinity Ward ha tratado todos los aspectos del juego con especial dedicación: un aspecto visual impresionante con una ambientación real, rica en detalles, sobretodo los que ofrecen vegetación o ciudades destruidas, por ejemplo, acción tremendamente intensa donde cualquier descuido puede ser fatal, ataques por distintos flancos, cierta libertad para escoger la mejor ruta para atacar, posibilidad de conducir vehículos, muchos elementos destructibles, etc. La física actúa de forma muy creíble, tanto en el movimiento de los cuerpos y sus animaciones, como aplicada a las explosiones y humo, por ejemplo. En el plano jugable, la IA de los enemigos es bastante depurada y sufriremos encerronas asiduamente, encontrándonos rodeados mientras las balas zumban a nuestro alrededor y evitamos que nos impacten las granadas, o los misiles de los bazookas. La leve ayuda en el apuntado nos permite apuntar de un terrorista a otro de manera efectiva. El breve tutorial, además de instruirnos, valorará nuestra efectividad, sugiriéndonos un nivel de dificultad entre todos los posibles. Los hard-gamers encontrarán un desafío a su medida con los dos últimos niveles de dificultad. Al superar las 19 misiones del modo campaña, desbloquearemos un modo arcade basado en la acumulación de puntos. El modo on-line presenta más de una decena de partidas distintas, así como permite personalizar la nuestra propia. Cuanto más efectivos seamos más rango militar obtendremos y más clases de retos desbloquearemos. Well since I got a new PC Upgrade I thought Id show you all some Single Player footage of COD 4 Modern Warfare, *Contains Spoilers*, I was running this Game on the following Hardware.* AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ Dual-Core* 2GB, 800Mhz Apacer* 2x Gigabyte nVidia GeForce 8600GT, 512MB SLII get a solid 40fps Outdoors, and 60-90+ Indoors.I tryed to limit Fraps everyway I could including striping the audio to inprove performance, but all I can tell ya is it runs like butter everything maxed out. I highly recommend running 2 8600GT's its just as good as running 1 8800GS and its alot cheaper aswell I payed $350aus, So if use guys are thinking of upgrading soon and wish to know more plz leave a comment and ill get to ya asap.Enjoy :)Lutty Call of Duty 4 MW...
