A classic game from 1984, Knight Lore was one of my favourite games on the Amstrad CPC. Heres me playing it, I didnt do very well, I can normally do a lot better. It suffers from slowdown when a lot is going on, but for a 1984 game you really cant complain. Good stuff! Knight Lore

I had a heck of a time getting this video recorded as well as the game working flawlessly. I had to run it in all comp. modes until I found that Windows 2000 worked, then I had to run a 3dfx/glide wrapper, and then finally had to use a different Nvidia driver to get around the resolution switching problem it had with this game's cinema scenes. THEN I found out that this game, perhaps due to the wrapper, created a 20 gig movie file for only a few minutes of recorded gameplay...so a lot of video, sound, and frame loss occurred here in this video, sorry about that. Still, it worked out in the end and I'm glad.From what I've played, it seems the bad rep this game received at launch was not deserved.
